Privacy policy

What we collect

Chat messages (stored 90 days then auto-deleted), anonymous session tokens, product interactions, your Shopify store domain.

What we do NOT collect

Customer names, emails, payment information, or any data from visitors who do not use the chat widget.

Sub-processors

• Anthropic — AI responses (anthropic.com/privacy)
• OpenAI — search embeddings only (openai.com/privacy)
• Supabase EU-West — database (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

Data retention and deletion

Chat logs deleted automatically after 90 days. All store data permanently deleted within 48 hours of app uninstall. Request early deletion: support@yourdomain.com

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may access, correct, or delete any data we hold. Email support@yourdomain.com — we respond within 30 days.
